Le Sortilège - The Movie

Le Sortilège - The Story

Le Sortilège is a unique property located in the sunny tranquil southern hills of Tourtour, recognized as one of the most beautiful villages in France. It has been designed from the beginning as a small estate to cater for multiple members of a family &/or friends, to be able to share and enjoy life both together and separate from each other when desired.

At the turn of the millennium, we (2 couples/friends, Felix & Ludy and Christina & Richard) decided to locate a plot of land for sale between the Côte D'Azur and the stunning Gorges du Verdon. We had 3 key requirements: it had to have a spectacular view, be close to a pretty village, and be within easy reach of either Nice or Marseille airports. And as destiny would have it, we found the perfect spot 500 meters south of the medieval village of Tourtour.

Having purchased the land, our amazing project then started in earnest....being a professional architect, Felix designed 2 classic Mas-styled villas each accompanied by its own pool. The houses were then built by a renowned French company. They are set at the edge of a small valley offering amazing panoramic views, and total privacy & peace being 150 meters away from the entrance to the land, off a small chemin/path.

For the past 14 years, we have had such wonderful times, sometimes alone, often with our families and good friends...
..and now for personal reasons, it's time for us to hand the keys over to the lucky new owners, when we find them or they find Le Sortilège.

If you've ever dreamt about spending extended fun times on your own exclusive property, together with family & friends in one of the most beautiful areas in Europe - then maybe now is the time to stop dreaming and make it happen.
